Lawrence Daniel – Associate Attorney

Larry earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 1983 from Arizona State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1986. He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force and served as Chief of Intelligence 552nd AWACW/4409th Composite Wing in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm.

He has successfully handled several hundred personal injury and family law claims during his experience as an attorney since 1987.

As an attorney and law professor in Houston, he represented a wide range of clientele, including several large companies in environmental and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory negotiation. Larry also represented a number of clients in the waste management, chemical, and petroleum industries on long-tail environmental claims.

Larry was retained by a consortium of Mobile, Rohm & Hass, Shell Oil and the Oil Chemical and Atomic Workers Union to develop and implement a program to train shop stewards and key personnel in dispute resolution techniques to reduce conflict and the number of grievances in ongoing refinery operations.

In addition, he represented one of the largest distributors of Exxon lubricants worldwide on contractual, regulatory and environmental matters. Larry also represented one of the largest perchloroethylene distributors in the nation on regulatory and environmental issues.
