Kelechi Ohanu

Overview:
Kelechi is a thoughtful and adaptable attorney whose legal experience is concentrated in the real estate industry. Kelechi’s background allows him to assist clients not only in real estate litigation, but also in transactional real estate deals as well, having previously represented clients in their acquisitions, sales, and developments of both commercial and residential properties. Kelechi prides himself in building and maintaining strong client relationships and is always willing to go the extra mile.
As a Georgia native, Kelechi’s academic journey began at Georgia State University, where he majored in political science, became a lead member of the school’s pre-law association, and worked at the university-run radio station where he produced weekly radio segments, providing updates on the legal news occurring in Atlanta, Georgia.
Kelechi earned his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law in North Carolina, where he was a member of the Journal of Law & Policy, a Trial Team member, and also where his love of real estate law began.
Outside of the office, Kelechi enjoys watching and playing basketball, visiting comedy clubs, listening to music, spending time with friends and family, and reading good books. As the son of hard-working immigrants, Kelechi takes pride in being a first generation Nigerian-American.
