Overview:

Andrew’s practice focuses on defending and prosecuting a wide range of complex commercial disputes. He collaborates closely with clients and in-house legal teams to develop and implement comprehensive litigation strategies. Andrew has experience representing clients in both state and federal court in a variety of business disputes, including DTPA, breach of contract, fiduciary duty, trade secret, and non-compete cases. Andrew also routinely represents clients in personal injury disputes, including wrongful death claims, and high-exposure cases exceeding $1 million dollars. His experience extends to all phases of litigation, including appellate proceedings. Andrew also regularly participates in formal alternative dispute resolution to efficiently resolve matters and safeguard clients’ interests.

Andrew also has experience advising clients in all phases of the construction process and previously served as legal counsel for a global infrastructure developer responsible for the $1.8 billion renovation of Denver International Airport’s Jeppesen Terminal.

Andrew is a native Texan and US Army veteran. Prior to practicing law, Andrew served five years as an Army logistics officer. He was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is a Bronze Star recipient. Andrew now uses his ability to understand the unique needs of clients to assist them in achieving interest-driven and cost-effective legal solutions.
